crocodile attractions such as Crocodilus Park,
where I "snapped" the specimen on the home page or organised cruises such as Jumping Crocodile Cruise "You'll never never know, if you never never go!"
Mindil Beach Sunset Markets are just the thing for families, tourists or a romantic evening watching the glorious sunsets from the beach. Sample the sumptuous food from stalls that feature foods from 5 different continents, or grab up a bargain at the other featured stalls.
The Territory Wildlife Park located at Berry Springs is an great way of seeing some of creatures of the Northern Territory. There are regular daily displays, as well as exhibits such as a walk-through aviary, a monsoonal forest walk, wetlands area, goose lagoon, and so much more. You will need to allow at least 4 hours there to see as much as possible.
Eat at the kiosk, or bring along your own food and have a picnic lunch whilst listening to the wildlife choruses.
The Greek Glenti Festival is an initiative of the Greek Orthodox Community of Northern Australia Inc. that began as the Greek Community’s contribution to the Australian Bicentenary celebrations in 1988.
It provides the opportunity to the Greek Community to share with the wider community their music, language, food, art, national dress and the developments that Greek-Australians have made in the community. Thousands gather together over two days every June to watch the entertainment, enjoy the Greek Style food and wines
Having spent my first day at Mandorah beach since I have been here, I would recommend it as a nice relaxing place to visit for an hour or six. Ideally the dry season or an overcast wet season day, as there isn't a lot of escape from the sun's rays over there. Or pop over to see the sunset whilst dining at the Mandorah pub. The Sea Cat catamarans run regularly, so it is easy to plan how long to stay.
